We are a first generation company that is taking the country forward in terms of prosperous education, employment opportunities and clean environment.

Our company is constantly trying to make स्वच्छ भारत, संस्कारी भारत and सक्षम भारत and there is a flood in this direction. we believe that one day we will create such India with our thoughts and hard work.

Vision & Purpose 

Today's days, well established brands and startups want to launch their product, services in market but they face many challenges like - Infrastructure cost, Equipment Setup Cost, Team Formation and Team financial Liability, Local Boundations( languages and employee trust ) and want polished employees who can work in low cost and their terms & conditions, which is completely understandable but due to high employee expectations and a lot of variations in the market. Now it is very difficult.

Every youth in our country has their own unique strength and potential, but there are very few people who are giving them the right direction and opportunities for their inexperienced careers. And the second thing that I have noticed while making my career is that most the people do sales and marketing work because that is the only job they are given an opportunity to do in which they get nothing but a low salary and troubled life, some of them have spent years in the same job continuously without any growth and  many of them don't have any job opportunities in their home location or earning sources after their basic academics  After this realization सक्षम भारत became a dream for me, under this mission in past 7 ( 6-2018 - 6-2024 ) years  I created COMMISSION BASED COMMUNITY for that potential youth to show their potential in project based work and we sponsored 400 projects, startups and businesses also we provided thousands of jobs and equal opportunities all over India and we will reach every single village to india soon.

During this 7 year journey we personally trained and educated more than 1 lakh youth across 13 states and I realized the lack of proficiency, knowledge and skills in most of the youth, which reminds me why I left my collage, Because I knew the weaknesses of Indian education.

Very few people know about Thomas Babington Macaulay. He broke the backbone of india, he converted indian self-employed education into a job based education and destroyed the rich Indian culture, (Education is the backbone of any country) due to which we had to suffer slavery for 90 years and even after independence, no change has been made in that education curriculum till date because some of politicians don't want spread the awareness rich education because they afraid to lose their vote bank of poor and uneducated people, Due to which even after getting more education, the youth is unemployed, incompetent, confused and unsuccessful. 

I am seeing this since my schooling days parents are taking loans for their children's education even after that their children are not getting any jobs and they don’t have the ability to build their career from scratch they’re just preparing exams and more exams and exams like trapped in circle and wasting their time and money, that's why संस्कारी भारत  become my purpose of life and I decided to end this problem and worked in every industry you know in my early age  and gain knowledge from good universities, great mentors, books, webinars, convocations and my life experiences. after that I built courses for career planning, universal skills learning - training, which can unlock the every industry challenges and obstacles and I knew that after studied this course youth will have the ability to earn money for their family and they will never be unemployed and the mission is continue......

I have converted my dream into  ' AUGMEN ' for all of them who wants growth in their life and want successful career or businesses / startups and helping those who want to make a dent in the universe.
