Client Policies for projects & services
Minimum Commitment:
A minimum of 3 months of active service is mandatory from the onboarding date.
Early Termination Penalty:
Any termination of service before the completion of the 3-month period will attract an early termination penalty of ₹2,50,000 (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty Thousand Only).
Billing & Payment Cycle:
Invoices will be raised monthly, and payments must be cleared within 7 working days from the invoice date.
Performance Monitoring:
Performance will be tracked via shared trackers, including live call data, call transcripts, and productivity logs updated in real-time or at defined intervals.
Team Management:
AUGMEN retains full authority to train, manage, or replace agents or managers based on performance metrics to ensure service-level quality and continuity.
Quality Control & Audit:
Bi-weekly random audits and call-quality reviews will be conducted to maintain compliance, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
Confidentiality & NDA:
All business-related data, documents, customer information, strategies, and service recipes will be governed under strict NDA clauses. No unauthorized sharing or reproduction of client or AUGMEN intellectual property is permitted.
Field Travel Reimbursement:
For any field agent traveling beyond 15 KM/day, Travel Allowance (TA) will be applicable as per actuals or predefined slabs.
Intellectual & Marketing Rights:
AUGMEN reserves the right to use the client's name, logo, and project success data for branding, marketing, and portfolio purposes as a Growth Execution Partner.
Non-Compete Clause:
During the contract period, the client shall not outsource the same process to any other service provider, competitor, or internal team without prior written permission from AUGMEN. Breach of this clause will be treated as direct market competition.
Jurisdiction Clause:
All disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
GST Policy:
All financial terms mentioned are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added to the final invoice.
Exit Clause:
Post the 3-month minimum commitment, the client must provide a 15-day prior notice for service discontinuation or restructuring.
Company Policies for employment
You will be governed by the rules, regulations, policies, and organizational structure of AUGMEN ( BBBEC INDIA PVT. LTD.), as may be amended or communicated by the management from time to time.
You are required to serve a minimum lock-in period of 3 months from the date of joining. In case of voluntary resignation thereafter, a 15-day written notice must be served. Early termination without completing this requirement will be considered a breach of contract.
During your tenure, you shall not engage in any other employment, business activity, or paid engagement without prior written consent from the Management.
Any involvement in activity that, in the sole opinion of the Company, is harmful or detrimental to the business, reputation, or interests of AUGMEN ( BBBEC INDIA PVT. LTD. ) may result in immediate termination without notice or severance. Legal action may also be pursued where applicable.
You are strictly prohibited from disclosing, sharing, or distributing any confidential company information, documents, client data, or internal communication without explicit written authorization. Any violation shall be deemed as gross misconduct and will invite legal consequences.
The Company assumes no liability for personal injuries, illness (including but not limited to COVID-19), or accidents occurring during work hours or on work premises. Medical claims of any nature will not be entertained by the Company. Personal safety and hygiene are your responsibility.
