TELE-CALLING
To qualify for the tele-calling process, you must:

Understand the sales pitch and process clearly
Be fluent in your native language
Be able to explain the product and service clearly over a call

FIELD TASK FORCE
To be selected for the Field Task Force, you must:
Be available to work at the location assigned by the company
Be ready to visit the market and approach the target audience
Be confident in handling rejections boldly
Have strong communication and self-presentation skills
Be willing to take on sales and marketing responsibilities
Selection Process:
You must submit the assignment to qualify for the field task force.
BACKEND TASK
To be selected for the Backend Task Department, you must:
Have a laptop or desktop with a stable Wi-Fi internet connection
Possess basic computer knowledge
Have decent typing speed and knowledge of MS Excel
